Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper or to taste

Method
 

  1. Gather Your Ingredients: Make sure you have all the ingredients prepped and ready. Squeeze the lemons and limes to get the fresh juice you need for the dressing.
  2. Combine the Yogurt and Citrus Juices: In a mixing bowl, add the 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt. Then, pour in both the 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
  3. Add Sweetness and Creaminess: Next, incorporate the 2 tablespoons of honey into the mixture. Follow this with 2 tablespoons of olive oil for that creamy texture.
  4. Season to Taste: Now, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper to the bowl. Start with these amounts, then taste and adjust as needed.
  5. Whisk Until Smooth: Using your whisk, blend all the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste & Adjust: Taste the dressing. If you prefer it a bit sweeter, add more honey. For more tang, add more lemon or lime juice.
  7. Serve or Store: Use the dressing immediately or store it in the fridge for later.
