  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened and at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla candy coating melts or almond bark
  • 1/4 cup small sprinkles for decoration

  1. Step 1: Crumble the Cookies - Crumble the sugar cookies into a large mixing bowl until finely ground.
  2. Step 2: Mix the Creamy Center - Add cream cheese, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract to the cookie crumbs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Shape the Truffles - Form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Melt the Coating - Melt the vanilla candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
  5. Step 5: Coat the Truffles - Dip each chilled truffle into the melted coating and allow excess to drip off.
  6. Step 6: Add Sprinkles - Sprinkle the tops with small sprinkles before the coating sets.
  7. Step 7: Set and Serve - Let the truffles sit until the coating is set, about 15-20 minutes.
