- In a mixing bowl, combine the desiccated coconut and almond flour. Mix them thoroughly until they are well incorporated.
- Add the coconut oil, tahini, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and your choice of sweetener to the dry mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
- If the mixture feels too dry, gradually add almond milk until the mixture holds together but isn’t overly sticky.
- Using a cookie scoop or your hands, portion the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the remaining desiccated coconut on a plate. Roll each ball in the coconut until fully coated.
- Place the finished bliss balls on a plate or baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.
- Once set, your Coconut Tahini Bliss Balls are ready to be enjoyed. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for a quick and delicious snack any time!
