Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut unsweetened
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1-2 teaspoons granulated sweetener adjust to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons almond milk as needed to loosen mixture
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut for rolling

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the desiccated coconut and almond flour. Mix them thoroughly until they are well incorporated.
  2. Add the coconut oil, tahini, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and your choice of sweetener to the dry mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. If the mixture feels too dry, gradually add almond milk until the mixture holds together but isn’t overly sticky.
  4. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, portion the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the remaining desiccated coconut on a plate. Roll each ball in the coconut until fully coated.
  6. Place the finished bliss balls on a plate or baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.
  7. Once set, your Coconut Tahini Bliss Balls are ready to be enjoyed. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for a quick and delicious snack any time!
