Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 cups roasted peanuts salted

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Rubber spatula
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  2. Once the chocolate is melted, add the peanut butter to the bowl. Stir well until fully incorporated into the chocolate.
  3. Add the roasted salted peanuts to the chocolate-peanut butter mixture. Gently fold until evenly coated.
  4. Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and drop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming clusters about 1-2 tablespoons in size.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30-60 minutes, or until the chocolate has fully set.
  6. Once set, enjoy your clusters! Store in an airtight container in the fridge or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Use high-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor.
  • Experiment with different mix-ins like dried fruits or toasty coconut.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
