Instructions
  1. Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients. Start by collecting all the ingredients listed above. Having everything in one place makes the process much smoother.
  2. Step 2: Combine the Base. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream or Greek yogurt with mayonnaise. This creamy base is what makes the dressing rich and luscious.
  3. Step 3: Add the Zing. Squeeze in the juice from 1/2 lime. This adds a bright acidity that cuts through the richness of the dressing.
  4. Step 4: Spice it Up. Chop the chipotle chili pepper finely and add it to the bowl along with the adobo sauce. This is where the magic happens, infusing the dressing with that smoky flavor.
  5. Step 5: Include the Seasonings. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  6. Step 6: Season to Taste. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste. Give everything a good mix until it's well combined and creamy.
  7. Step 7: Chill and Serve. For the best flavor, let the dressing chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully. Serve it over your favorite salads, or use it as a dip for veggies or chips.

Notes
