Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head cauliflower Chopped into florets
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil Extra virgin for richer flavor
  • 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast Flaked version for best results
  • 1 tsp salt To taste
  • 1 tsp paprika Sweet or smoked based on taste
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper Optional for heat

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for a crispy exterior.
  2. Step 2: Remove leaves and chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine cauliflower with olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt, paprika, and cayenne. Toss well.
  4. Step 4: Spread seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer. Use parchment paper for easy clean-up.
  5. Step 5: Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Flip halfway through baking.
  6. Step 6: Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm as a side, snack, or in recipes.
