Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • optional seasonings garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, or Italian herbs
  • optional toppings chopped jalapeños or cooked bacon

  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Scoop out 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and place small mounds (about 1-2 tablespoons) on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle your chosen seasonings over the mounds of cheese.
  5. Bake for about 6-8 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before enjoying.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
  • Experiment with different cheeses like parmesan or gouda.
  • For a healthier option, use reduced-fat cheese or nut cheese alternatives.
