  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro for vibrant flavor
  • 2 cups Sour Cream for creaminess and tartness
  • 2 teaspoons Salt enhances flavors
  • 1 10-ounce can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies for texture and kick
  • 1 14-ounce can Canned Diced Green Chilies for extra spice

Method
 

  1. Gather all the ingredients listed above for a smoother process.
  2. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into your blender or food processor.
  3. Add the cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, pickled jalapeño peppers, chopped cilantro, sour cream, salt, Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, and canned diced green chilies to the blender.
  4. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  5. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more jalapeños or thinning it with sour cream or lemon juice.
  6. Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately with tortilla chips or your favorite dishes.
