Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease your 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with the melted butter as per the package instructions. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix together the creamy peanut butter, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the top of the brownies.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
- Refrigerate the brownies for at least 30 minutes to allow the layers to set. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
- For a richer chocolate flavor, add a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the brownie mix.
- Allow brownies to cool before adding the peanut butter layer.
- Top with chopped peanuts for extra crunch.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
