Gather all your ingredients. Measure out 2 1/2 cups of almond milk, 2 cups of spinach, 1/4 avocado, and the rest of the ingredients listed above.
In your high-speed blender, add the almond milk first, then add the spinach, avocado, vanilla yogurt, frozen pineapple chunks, chia seeds, and sweetener if using.
Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed for about 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth.
Taste your smoothie. If you prefer a sweeter flavor, add more sweetener and blend again. If too thick, add more almond milk.
