  • 2-3 tsp maple syrup or honey optional for sweetness

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients. Ensure your banana is ripe for the best flavor.
  2. In your blender, combine the banana, oats, egg, milk, salt, vanilla extract, baking powder, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Preheat your non-stick skillet or griddle on medium heat, greasing lightly if preferred.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm, topped with maple syrup, chopped nuts, or fresh fruit. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftover pancakes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
