Method
 

Stepwise Method
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for crispy wings.
  2. Step 2: Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Step 3: Place the dried chicken wings in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper, then toss to coat.
  4. Step 4: Place a wire rack on the baking sheet and arrange the wings in a single layer.
  5. Step 5: Bake for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Step 6: Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) using a meat thermometer. Broil for extra crispiness if desired.
  7. Step 7: Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
