Preparation Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt or sour cream, light ranch dressing, minced cilantro or parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the chopped or shredded cooked chicken to the dressing mixture. Toss until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Top with sliced avocado and tomato. If using cheese, sprinkle it on top.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, keeping the fillings secure inside.
- Place your wrapped burritos on a serving platter. You can cut them in half for easier handling or serve them whole.
Notes
- Assemble the wraps just before serving to prevent sogginess.
- Store any leftover filling in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Wrap any unfinished burritos tightly in plastic wrap or foil to keep them fresh.
