Ingredients
  

For the Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream adds creaminess and tang
  • 1/4 cup light ranch dressing bottled or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro or parsley minced
  • to taste Salt & pepper to enhance flavors
For the Wraps:
  • 4 medium flour tortillas for wrapping
  • 2 cups cooked chicken chopped or shredded
  • 1 avocado peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps:
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt or sour cream, light ranch dressing, minced cilantro or parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add the chopped or shredded cooked chicken to the dressing mixture. Toss until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Top with sliced avocado and tomato. If using cheese, sprinkle it on top.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, keeping the fillings secure inside.
  5. Place your wrapped burritos on a serving platter. You can cut them in half for easier handling or serve them whole.

Notes

  • Assemble the wraps just before serving to prevent sogginess.
  • Store any leftover filling in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Wrap any unfinished burritos tightly in plastic wrap or foil to keep them fresh.
