Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 pieces ripe avocados (pits removed)
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup milk of your choice (almond milk recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Blender or Food Processor
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Serving bowls

Method

Instructions
  1. Start by cutting the avocados in half and removing the pits. Scoop the avocado flesh into your blender or food processor.
  2. To the avocado, add the cocoa powder, honey, milk, and vanilla extract. Make sure everything is ready to go for a smooth blend.
  3. Blend the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a creamy, smooth consistency. This should take about 1-2 minutes. Scrape down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well-mixed.
  4. Once blended, taste your pudding. If you desire more sweetness, feel free to add a little more honey or adjust the cocoa powder for a richer chocolate flavor. Blend again if you make any adjustments.
  5. Scoop the pudding into individual serving bowls and enjoy it right away, or for the best flavor, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, substitute honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
  • This pudding can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Feel free to add toppings like fresh berries, nuts, or whipped cream for extra flavor!
