  • 1 cup frozen strawberries ensures smoothie is cold and refreshing
  • 1 apple cored and peeled
  • 1/2 cup milk any type, low-fat recommended
  • 1/2 cup yogurt flavor of choice
  • 2 teaspoons honey natural sweetener

Method
 

  1. Start by washing your apple thoroughly. Core and peel it, then chop it into smaller pieces to make blending easier.
  2. In your blender, add the frozen strawberries, chopped apple, milk, yogurt, and honey.
  3. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth. Add more milk if it’s too thick.
  4. Taste your smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, add an additional teaspoon of honey and blend again briefly.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass or mason jar. Garnish if desired and enjoy!
