Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds top sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes for garnish, optional
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Start by cutting your top sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Add the steak cubes and toss until well coated. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the marinated steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Once cooked, remove from air fryer and let rest. Garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Feel free to adjust spices for your taste; add more garlic or different herbs!
