Method
 

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken - Cut your chicken breast into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
  2. Step 2: Create the Breading Mixture - In a mixing bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, brown sugar, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, flour, and cornstarch. Mix well.
  3. Step 3: Beat the Egg - In another bowl, beat the egg until well mixed.
  4. Step 4: Coat the Chicken - Dip each chicken piece into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Step 5: Prepare the Air Fryer - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
  6. Step 6: Cook the Chicken - Place the chicken in a single layer in the basket and air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
