  • Greek or Middle Eastern Seasoning to taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for even cooking.
  2. Cut each Greek style pita into six triangles, stacking them to save time.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add pita triangles and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until lightly coated.
  4. Sprinkle Greek or Middle Eastern seasoning over pita pieces and toss again to season well.
  5. Arrange pita triangles in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through for even crispiness. Add 1-2 minutes if needed.
  7. Remove cooked chips and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
