Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup 7-UP
  • 1/4 cup melted butter for brushing

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick and sour cream. Mix until just combined.
  3. Gently fold in the 7-UP until everything is moistened.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface, pat into a rectangle about 1 inch thick, and cut out biscuits.
  5. Brush melted butter over each biscuit before baking.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
