  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 13 oz dark chocolate bar (chopped) or 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Directions
  1. Step 1: Preheat Your Oven - Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Mash the Bananas - In a mixing bowl, mash the two ripe bananas until smooth. Stir in maple syrup if desired.
  3. Step 3: Combine Ingredients - Add the shredded coconut to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
  4. Step 4: Shape the Cookies - Drop the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet and flatten each cookie slightly.
  5. Step 5: Bake - Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Step 6: Melt the Chocolate - Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
  7. Step 7: Coat the Cookies - Dip the bottom of each cookie into the melted chocolate and place them on a wire rack.
  8. Step 8: Let Set - Allow the chocolate to set completely before enjoying your cookies.
